Where are Jesse and Al? Shouldn't they be outraged? These "teens" can't even pull their pants up, are too stupid to get an education or speak correct English. They act like animals and should be treated as such. If a pitbull bites someone, they get put down. Any teen that gets arrested in a mob attack should be put down too. It is as simple as that.
